The LCSC Cottage is available to reserve for a donation of $20 for LCSC Members and $40 for non-members. Renters are required to provide a $50 refundable cleaning deposit in the form of a check that will only be cashed if user fails to clean the facility in accordance with the Building Usage Checklist. Reservation of the cottage includes access to the kitchen, main hall, board room and restrooms, along with use of all tables and chairs.
The Cottage is available for use for your regular monthly meeting (2 hour max use) at a rate of $10 per month. Non-profits and Family Readiness Groups may apply to the board to have this fee reduced or waived.
